Do you have the latest one version: 2.1.3 installed? Also the required Kirki plugin install? If not, please update theme and try again. If you still need help, send us some valid wp credentials in a private reply. So we can install it for you.
You need to edit theme files for this. I see you have used Visual Composer to add content to your site. What media element are you referring to? Can i see a page where you have this?

I saw you had removed theme altogether. I imported it back, the child theme too. I imported default demo data using Setup Wizard and set up header and footer as well. See screenshot of the setup wizard option: https://postimg.cc/image/87z4e1y0n/

Do not worry about the support status. This is due to an internal server issue. We will fix it as soon as we can. In the mean time you will be getting all the support you need and payed for.
That’s because you have selected the light version of header, which has the light version of menu items and logo. In the posts page, the background it white too. This makes the header invisible. To change that in posts, go to the post’s General Settings > Page Options & Style > Header Color Style for Header, select the dark version. See screenshot: https://postimg.cc/image/rxctd3w2f/
The header style you want is with border and top navigation area active. To change the header style go to General options > Header Options > Header style. Select option “with border top”. Then in General options > Header Options > Top Widgetized Area > Show Top Navigation, set it ON. Then add content into it in Appearance > Widgets.
What demo did you import initially? If you import demo “Business 2” the header style will be automatically set up for you just like the online demo.
While all the sliders used in all demos are located in the folder “slider_dummy_data“, inside the main zip file you downloaded from Envato.
The slider you are looking for is named: business2_home.

1-The custom code is added in General Options > Custom Css box (screenshot). Every css you add here is stored in the database, so in case of future theme update, it won’t be lost!
