I added the custom css for portfolio tags into your child theme style.css file. It’s ok now.
The current logo is set up as a normal image in the top navigation area. I changed it to the new logo you have.
I would recommend to keep it this way because the logo is quite big and in the current header style you have, it will not show up very nice. However, if you want to change this layout, just let me know and i will help you with it.

I checked your site but i don’t face any of the issues mentioned. The background is white and the site looks ok. Did you manage to fix it?
You only need to add more portfolio items so more are shown in the front page.

Whenever you switch themes (activate another copy), the Codeless Builder gets deactivated. Just go to plugins and activate it again when this happens.
I see you have a footer.php file in child theme folder. Please upload and activate first the default child theme included in theme (or the one we send you). Then start adding the changes you have made to the child theme one at a time to find the one causing footer to disappear.
