The wordpress login info is needed in order to install dummy data. Not the ftp.

please make sure to have set up a height for the slider in the page’s General Settings > Slider options (screenshot).
If a height value is not set up here, the slider will not show in mobile.
Did you try to import multiple times? The double menu items happen only if you import dummy data more than one time.
However i see your dummy data has been imported with success. The pages have all the elements. Like this page: https://seocod.staging.wpengine.com/?page_id=28
You can remove the additional menu items and edit out to your need the menu in Appearance > Menus.

This happens because the header width has gotten smaller than the menu width and therefore it will slide down. To avoid this, either reduce the menu items padding and margin in General Options > Header Options > Menu Options, or reduce them using custom css, for only this screen width.
Example:

Sorry i checked now your profile and i see you have purchased Folie theme. Since this is Specular theme forum, i assumed the issue was regarding this theme.
Do you have any other plugins installed? Please deactivate all of them before importing. If you send us your wp and ftp credentials in a private reply, we can check this up close and fix it.
You need to download it from Envato. Login to your account and go to “Downloads”. Find the Tower theme purchase and download files again. They are always the latest uploaded version.
