To use the same menu in other page, means to NOT be using the one page layout anymore.
The One Page layout consists of ONLY one page and the menu items pointing to sections in this page. If set ON the “Use menu as one page menu” option in the page’s General Settings > Page Options & Style (screenshot), then the menu links in Appearance > Menus, will consist of only the row id’s.
But, if you ad an external page(blog page in your case) in this menu, then when you click on a menu item, while on the blog page, the link created (blog + id) will not exist. (screenshot)
So you can not get to the home page section.
A workaround is to have full menu links instead of just id’s. And set OFF the “Use menu as one page menu” option.
I have set up the example in your menu. Please check it and let us know.
The header logo pulls out the site’s link by default. To change it, just go to your WordPress Settings > General > Site Address (URL), change the site’s address here.
Please reset permalinks first. Go to Settings > Permalinks, set then to default -> save, and then to your custom form again.
Clear cache and refresh pages.
Let us know if the issue persists.
The page header is set up in General Options > Default Page Header. You can save a backup of the current theme files if you want. Just rename the current theme folder and then add the new theme files.

Sorry for the late reply. I set the row’s type to “Full Width Background” in Row Settings. For each of the rows with id’s.
The menu is ok now.

2-Sorry but this is a customization not included in support. It needs more coding than just custom css, that requires time not available for personal customizations.
If you feel this is a feature important for theme, please suggest it into our “Suggest Us Features” forum. So the developers will consider adding it in theme’s future updates.
Did you set up the page as a One page in the page’s General Settings > Page Options & Style > Use menu as one page menu?

This is a Visual Composer issue. The drop-downs are there, but are displayed under the text block option panel. if you drag away the text option panel after clicking on the “Paragraph” arrow, you will see it’s options hiding under it. See screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/r86ob9tit/
This apparently is an issue of Visual Composer as it happens in other platform where we use it and where no additional plugins are added. We have contacted the plugin’s authors and will work toward a solution for it. Since this is not depended only on us, i can’t tell an exact timeline for the fix. We hope to have this solved by next theme update.
In order to test this situation, i have updated theme and Visual Composer in your site. You have the old copies as well. Although it is not recommended to keep old versions, you can activate them back if you want.
