When registering you need internet connection. The code is listed in our database, not in a file in your installation.
You can move the site in another server and keep working with it. Just go to the page’s “Customize Page & Options”.
You had renamed the builder’s plugin that it why it was causing the error. I renamed it back to the original. Also you had an old version of builder. I activated the latest version of theme, then updated and activated the latest version of the builder as well.

Register the theme’s copy and keep on working with it.
The Codeless Builder can be accessed both from the page’s option panel in WordPress (https://postimg.org/image/c6y7jht39/) and from the main menu Appearance > Customize.
I removed the sticky header. It was the cause for the space in header. Now the site looks ok. We will check this up closely and include a fix in the next theme update.
What theme version do you have? When did this happen? Did you made a theme update or installed any new plugin? Can you give us more details? So we can understand better what caused this.
I can assure you the version of theme that is available for download, has no issue! It is tested multiple times from our team and the Envato team.
I see you only have this thread opened in our forum. When did this happen before and did you contact any of our staff?

Can you please be more specific on “make the bordered layout work“? I refreshed the pages many times, opened them i other browsers but never got the space in the header (screenshot) so there isn’t any debug we can make from our side.
I see you have a lot of other third party plugins. Please deactivate them and try again. Do you have any add-ons installed on your browser? You may be getting this due to your local installations.
These issues are not present on our side so i will need some wp credentials to login and check your configurations. So we can check what is causing these.

I suggest you remove temporary any google map code added in the page and deactivate all caching plugins (if you have any) installed.
Clear cache and let us know if the situation repeats itself.
The problem was one letter!
In the Contact form > Form the “bericht” shortcode is in capital letter, while in the Mail, is in lowercase. This made it unrecognizable as a shortcode and displayed it as simple text in the email template.

I fixed it now and already made a test with another test contact form 2 (already deleted). You can check yourself.
