Theme Issues, CL Builder stuck, ... - Codeless Support Center

  Hi,
  
  I had a problem with the codeless builder which was stuck on loading page so i updated the theme. It fixed the problem but now when I use the bordered layout for my pages there is a big gap between the header and the top margin… So i had to deactivate it for now.
  
  Also I still have problems sometimes with the cl builder wich keep beeing stuck on loading page… It’s very strange, just before everythings worked fine :/

  Okay, it’s very random, sometimes i have another gap, this time between the header and the rest of the page :

  I checked your site and did not get the space between slider and header, but i see you have some errors showing in your console. Please see this screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/t4oem5fnp/
  I suggest you remove temporary any google map code added in the page and deactivate all caching plugins (if you have any) installed.
  
  Clear cache and let us know if the situation repeats itself.

  As i said the blank gap is very very random, sometimes it appears (after or before the header) and sometimes not…
  
  I never had issues with google map but i’ll fix that for sure.
  But what about the codeless builder which is completely unavailable ? Stuck on loading page…
  
  Can you try to get the codeless builder and the bordered layout work, please ?

  I opened one of the test pages and the Codeless Builder did open fine. See screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/x1kkkhb45/
  
  Can you please be more specific on “make the bordered layout work“? I refreshed the pages many times, opened them i other browsers but never got the space in the header (screenshot) so there isn’t any debug we can make from our side.
  
  I see you have a lot of other third party plugins. Please deactivate them and try again. Do you have any add-ons installed on your browser? You may be getting this due to your local installations.

  So i’m still not able to access the cl builder, unless i use the private navigation i don’t know wy…
  
  As i could use it in private navigation, I activated the bordered layout so you can see the gap. The bordered layout as it is named in the builder, is the option which makes a 20px white margin around the page and which produce a strange gap at the top of header for me.
  
  PS : the gap only appears when i refresh the page in desktop mode and with a fullscreen window or a big enough one :)

  Hello,
  
  The Codeless Builder can be accessed both from the page’s option panel in WordPress (https://postimg.org/image/c6y7jht39/) and from the main menu Appearance > Customize.
  
  I removed the sticky header. It was the cause for the space in header. Now the site looks ok. We will check this up closely and include a fix in the next theme update.
  
  You may keep up customizing your site.

  Can you tell me when the fix for the sticky menu will come out ?
  
  Also I have 2 big problems which are very annoying :
  
  Hamburger Menu doesn’t works on mobile phone
  
  The blog only shows few posts and not all : the infinite scroll doesn’t make older posts appear. It works only in the cl builder or when i use yellow pencil (CSS editor)
  
  Can you fix that please ?

  -Sorry but i don’t have a fixed date for when the other theme update will be available.
  -The “WP Mega Menu” plugin was conflicting with theme’s menu scripts. I deactivated it and now the menu in mobile shows up well. See screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/u841jxzg5/

  First of all, thanks for your reply :)
  My bad for the wp mega menu, the menu is nice now !
  I solved the blogs problem. It was my wordpress read settings which limited the nb of posts showed in one page. Good to know.
  
  So everything’s fine now except ONE last thing. On my homepage slider, there is a a slide with a video background which doesn’t works on mobile. The background stays blanks.
  I tried to deactivate the slide on mobile and tablets but the slide remains in the slider except that nothings appear. :/ What can I do ?

  I checked the video slide in ipad and iphone, but it’s not blank. A fixed screenshot of the video shows up in both layouts. Did you fixed it? See screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/t426ujg6t/
