The included plugins are inside the theme folder. When you first download theme package, it has included the latest versions of the plugins, in that time of the theme release.
Later on, when you update theme (example, after a year), the new theme package will have included the latest versions of the plugins as well.
This means, to update plugins, you have to update theme first.
Did you made any changes to theme files? If not, there should not be any issue with the update.
If you did, i suggest you save a copy of old theme files.
-If for some reasons you are not able to update theme from wordpress dashboard, then update it using a ftp account.
-The changes in Visual Composer are normal as you are updating from a very old version of theme and many features have been changed since.
-I can help you update theme (and keep a copy of your current files, just in case) and also update plugins, but i need a ftp account for it.

If the site is in localhost, then there is no way for us to check it.
I tried rebuild the same situation on my side, but this does not happen. Let us know if you can give us access so we can check the configurations.
The code for the swatches, does not affect the links. First of all, there are no link css classes in the custom code, and second, the animation is an attribute that does not change the link behavior.
I suggest you deactivate all third party plugins and try again. Something else may be conflicting with them.

The posts are sorted automatically based on their creation date. By deleting and creating again the 1970 page, the page may have changed it’s order. I suggest you check better the overall page, as it could be showing in the last added items.
Can you post some pages of this? So we can understand better the picture.
To custom order the posts, we suggest using a custom plugin such as “Post Type Order“.
You can use it to reorder any custom type post such as portfolio items, posts and codeless slider slides.
Please go to your js\main.js file, find the codelessSearchButton() function and you will see the commented lines. They are all inactive (color gray).

A good way to save changes for future updates is to save the file in your computer and later on, open it and check the changes with the new updated file(after any theme update).
1-Please add this code into the page’s custom css box (the gear icon at the top-right corner, screenshot):

2-The icon does change color in the same time with the title, when the title it’s the first one to be hovered. The other way around does not happen (title change when mouse is on icon hover). To change this too is a customization not included in support as it requires more time and it’s a personal preference styling.

The FAQ categories are used to categorize the questions and they show up in the FAQ filter bar. Sorry but there are no option for now to select to show up only certain categories of the faq.
Please keep in mind that Wp Bakery is an external plugin and it’s not developed by us. Some rules are set from it’s authors.
What theme version do you have? What wp? Please make sure you are at the parent theme before trying to install any of the included plugins. If you have the child theme active, you will get an wrong url error.
