I am not able to see the second screenshot. However, please try adding this code into your custom css box, located in General Options:

    background-size: cover !important;
}}

Please go to General Options > Header Options > Header Shadow, select the shadow you want to use. This option is visible only for the “With border top” header style.

Sorry for the late reply.
I opened this page from Samsung S6 and from Samsung Note 5 online generator. The page header image does show up very well. Please see screenshot. I see the subtitle is below the main title, but this can be fixed with little css. Add this code into you custom css box:

@media (max-width: 480px){
.header_page.centered h1 {
    top: -8% !important;
}}
