Hello,
This does not always happen. Usually, other plugins can interfere with the theme’s scripts.
Does your site go back to the original structure if the old version is installed again? I suggest you export all data and settings(as backup) when the old version is active. Then after the update, import the backup again. But first, deactivate all third-party plugins.
Let us know.Best regards!
in reply to: error in my websitePS: you need to update theme and Visual Composer asap first. The Visual Composer used is very old.

in reply to: Import Template Dummy Content – PicanteHello,
You may need to check the minimum server requirements. See here: https://codeless.co/picante/documentation/#requirements
However, i see you have already imported the demo data. You only need to add your images to it.
Let us know if you need any help.Best regards!
in reply to: Menù colorHello,
The header style you have selected is hamburger menu style. The header version for the page is light. This makes the hamburger menu white. I changed it in the page’s settings > General > Header Color, to ‘dark'(screenshot). And now it is visible.

in reply to: WP Bakery (Visual Composer) will not add elementsHello,
Do you have any other plugins installed? The included version of Visual Composer is customized to be fully compatible with theme and fit its style. That is why it’s advisable that you keep the included version instead.
Theme does have a google map element included. What exactly did you want to change from it? If it’s only style, maybe we can help.

I centered the “The Blockbuster” image. You can see it in your page. I think you missed adding a width before saving changes. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/8xD18XD

in reply to: Codeless sliderHello,
1-In the slider’s Row settings > Design > Background image position, select ‘cover‘ instead of ‘auto’ so the image will fill up all the slider width.
Even in your third slide, the image seems to be more square than the slide’s dimensions, however if set to ‘cover’ it will adjust to fit the screen. I changed it in slide 3 for demonstration.
2-There seems to be some issue indeed with 4th, 5th and 6th slides. I suspect some shortcode has gone wrong. I suggest you remove them altogether and add them again by just cloning the last slide(number 3). I tried it and as you can see slide no 7, is showing ok.
Please check and let us know.
Best regards!

in reply to: Codeless Framework plugin not activtingHello,
Please contact your host and make sure to have all the required permissions to access all files.
For now i activated the plugin by commenting out line 3 in the register-shortcodes.php file. Uncomment it again after resetting file permissions in the server.Let us know how it goes.
