I don’t know what you’re looking at but I open it from 3 different devices and it doesn’t work.
I updated the template and made a mistake. Update your page with control + f5 maybe you are seeing a cached version

Leave it. I arranged. I reinstalled an old version, apparently updating the template corrupts the display

Hello,
I updated wordpress to the latest version and the site is no longer visible.
wp bakery continues to work very badly, the site scrolls from problems. Please can you get into the backend and see why it’s all so bad with your theme? -
Hello,
The site is on maintenance mode so i can not see. Based on older replies, i assume you have not yet updated theme.
Please update theme first and all it’s included plugins! (especially the plugins* It’s very important!)

Hello,
The reason for this is the AP Mega Menu plugin. We are currently checking on it and will include a fix as soon as possible. For the time being please deactivate it and add this css in your Custom Css box, to have the style of menu you have previously.
.header_container.menu-full-style #navigation nav > ul > li.current-menu-item > a { background: #e2e4e5; padding:15px; } .header_container.menu-full-style #navigation nav > ul > li > a { border-right:1px solid #e2e4e5; padding-right:20px; padding-top:15px; padding-bottom:15px; font-size: 13px; line-height: 1.6; overflow: visible; text-transform: capitalize; text-align: left; } .header_container.header-top nav > ul > li { padding-left: 0 !important; }
Best regards!

Hello,
This does not always happen. Usually, other plugins can interfere with the theme’s scripts.
Does your site go back to the original structure if the old version is installed again? I suggest you export all data and settings(as backup) when the old version is active. Then after the update, import the backup again.But first, deactivate all third-party plugins.
Let us know.Best regards!

It is already the second time I update the theme and I find a mess, I am trying to manually rearrange all the problems that have come out, fonts that come out of the screen from the mobile, the menu is completely unpacked, it is absurd it never happened to me with no template. Can I restore everything before updating?

Hello,
How did you update theme? From Appearance > Themes, using Envato Market or just by replacing(overwriting in wp-content/themes) old files with the new files?
After the theme update, some plugins may become deactivated. This can result in seeing shortcodes instead of proper content. Since many included plugins also get updated with the theme, they need to be updated as well in order for the site to properly function. So the workflow is this:
1-export settings data;
2-update theme;
3-update included plugins;
4-activate any plugin that has been deactivated by the theme update process;The settings (menu style, fonts etc) are all stored in the database. They are not affected by theme file update. Just make sure to get all plugins in original state for the original site view to come back.
Let us know if you have questions.
Best regards! -
