2-The dimension of the staff members image is already set up in functions.php file. Please read this article for more information on how to change them.

Most probably you have installed the wrong folder. What file did you download from Themeforest? The full package (containing the theme, documentation, licence files and dummy sliders)? Or just the installable file?
After dowloading the file from Themeforest, you have to unzip it, extract only “tower” folder and upload it into wp-content/themes folder. Or zip it and import in Appearance > Themes in your wordpress dashboard.

These are Visual Composer shortcodes. Do you have Visual Composer plugin installed or not? It has to be installed! VC is the most important plugin for the theme.
What other plugins do you have installed? Can you fill in the necessary information on your extra information fields of your profile data? So we can give it a closer look.Read this article for more information.

The new site shows just a white screen. See screenshot. I suggest you check that the site transfer has been succesful and that all url’s have been redirected or changed correctly to the new version.

What page is it? Please know that all theme pages are controlled by the same files and code. So if the portfolio page i created for you as example works, there is no way for other portfolio pages not to be able to add more elements.
You contact form style is already altered due to the other Contact plugin you have installed. If you disable it, the font will get smaller. To customize it further, add custom css into your custom css box.

Sorry for the late reply.
This space is due to the padding you have set to the row settings. Example: If you decrease the padding of this page, for each row to these values:
Padding Bottom-> 345px
Padding Bottom-> 275px
Padding Bottom-> 374px
Padding Bottom-> 330px
Then the spaces will be gone in mobile as well.
This is more recommended than adding custom css for each row, in each page.Best regards!

This was a server side issue and is already solved.
For anyone facing with the same problem, please read below:
The site had “Safe Mode” setting of PHP, turned on in the server. While Tower theme uses a “set-time-limit” function that can’t be used in Safe Mode.
This caused the site to crash and give the warning.
By turning OFF “Safe Mode” from the host support, the issue is gone and the site back up.Best regards!

You can add/remove or change the slider to display in a page, at the page’s General settings > Slider Options (screenshot). Select the type of slider to use and then one of the sliders you have already created. Select “None” from “Select Slider Type” drop-down option, to remove slider from page.
