Dear Codeless Team,
importing the dummy data works out after contacting my hosting.
Now i have the follow question and hope that you can help me:
1) How i can set on all pages fixed section scrolling as it is set in the fullscreen blog?
2) How i can put a picture full screen with title (not using slider, because i only need one picture on a new created page. When scrolling down you see next section fullscreen (for example description), you scroll down next section fullscreen gallery view or whatever
3) Maybe i can contact you private so you can have a look at my website on mobile. Resolution of everything is showing not correctly and menu font are way to big.
Thank you so much for help!

Hello,
1-Sorry but replicating the same layout as fullscreen blog for single pages, requires some coding. This is a personal customization so it’s not covered from this support.
Please read more regarding our support policy here.2-You can use the fullcreen page for this. Just go to the page’s General Settings > Page’s Options & Style > Fullscreen Section Sliding (screenshot) and set it ON.
Make sure to add background image to all Visual Composer rows. Go to Row Settings > Set background image (screenshot).3-Please fill in the necessary information on your extra information fields of your profile data. So we can give it a closer look.
Read this article for more information.Best regards!

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply.
I added this code into your custom css box:@media (max-width: 767px){ .header_wrapper { background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.02) !important; } .header_5 .mobile_small_menu { display: block !important; } .mobile_small_menu.open:before { color: white;} .mobile_small_menu.close:hover { color: rgba(72, 236, 206, 0.98); } .snap-drawer #navigation nav .menu > li > a { color: #464444;} } @media (max-width: 979px){ .header_5 .mobile_small_menu { display: none;} .header_wrapper { background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.02) !important; } .header_5 .header_tools { margin-right: 60px; padding-top: 5% !important; } #logo { top: 17% !important;} }
To fix the mobile menu displaying. Also i changed the mobile menu font color to gray so it would be visible, since you have the background white.
I see you have added the same logo in both versions, dark and light (screenshot). I suggest you add a dark version so it would be visible in mobile as well.Please check your site and let us know.
PS: We aren’t in contact with any freelance developers for now. But if we get any information, we will notify you.
Best regards!

Hello,
Please know that i did not change the mobile menu style. It was already set to Side Menu since i checked it. The only changes made are the custom css that i already informed you in my last reply.
You probably didn’t see it since you couldn’t find the menu icon in mobile.The menu style with black background and menu items in the middle is a desktop style. It is not available for the mobile. You can find the two mobile menu styles in General Options > Header Options > Responsive Menu style (screenshot).
So changing the mobile menu drop-down from Simple to Side Menu does not affect the desktop style at all! You still have the black background menu style in desktop/ipad landscape layout.-Side menu letters: Please know that this is the menu style by default. If you do not like it and want to change it, then this another thing. I will help you customize it by providing the right custom css code, but you have to know that it is definitely not a mistake.
Please add this code in order to change the characters font size and padding:
@media (max-width: 979px){ .snap-drawer #navigation nav .menu > li > a { line-height: 40px !important; font-size: 13px !important; padding-left: 5% !important; }}
Edit the values to your wish.
Best regards!

Hello,
1-Sorry but i don’t understand. What do you mean by “when VC is active”? Visual Composer plugin must be always active in order for the page elements to display properly.
In the home page i see you have an empty separator(screenshot). Are you referring to this? The separator is just empty space. If you want to have it more visible, then increase it’s value.2-Did you made any changes to theme files? or added some custom css for the Codeless slider?
3-The portfolio style is “Overlayed” and in this style you only get to see the portfolios item title on mouse hover. What is wrong here?
4-To change the “project description” and “project details” go to file:
\includes\view\portfolio\single-container.php
To remove them, just add this css into your custom css box:.portfolio_single h4 { display: none; }
Let us know.
Best regards!

Hello,
This is what i see in you home page: https://www.clipular.com/c/4665514570022912.png?k=G2-wXWwCDhWB4lOSweWECJ2yB4U
Is this not correct?Please know that when you edit from Visual Composer front-end, the program edits out the page view in order to magnify it’s options and makes some other features hidden. So you can edit element options and then close VC front-end to check the result. I hope i was able to explain it correctly.
I suggest you to make any changes in Visual Composer back-end (screenshot) and check the result after refreshing page.
Let us know if you need our help customizing any element.-The Slider behavior is indeed changed by custom css (see screenshot). The default slider has the fading effect and as i checked you other settings, there isn’t anything different in your site.
-Portfolio items title: i checked it several times but never get the issue you mention.
Let us know.Best regards!

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply.
1) Icons not in Line:
The icons position is affected from the length of the text above it. The text above the rocket icon is slightly shorter then the two others. This makes the icon go a bit up.
If you had set the services differently this would not happen. Example: divide the services in two rows instead of one. Have the first 3 ones in the first row and the second 3 ones in the other. See example page here: https://sashatroy.com/services-test/2)I can see text in both back-end and front-end (screenshot).
3)If you have not added this css then someone else did, but you defenitely have custom css in the home page’s custom css box that changes the codeless slider and portfolio overlay color. See this screenshot: https://pho.to/AYd3P
Remove the css (or comment out by putting the code inside brackets like this:
/*..your code..*/
) and let us know.4)Open page in back-end editor and go to the element. See screenshot. Open options and set up a height value in “Blank Area Settings > Height“. See screenshot.
Save changes. Result screenshot.
If you want to add padding to the title, then go to the title options > Design Options. See screenshot.5) You do have this effect in these portfolio pages:
https://sashatroy.com/sample-page/
https://sashatroy.com/masonry/
Just check it’s configurations in Recent Portfolio SettingsLet us know.

Hello,
In the row containing the image, go to the first column settings. That image is set as a column background. Change it here. See screenshot for more details: https://pho.to/AaMd9

Hello,
1-To remove the last block of text from covering the girl in the background, i added this code into the home page’s custom css box:
.vc_col-sm-6.wpb_column.column_container.with_padding.vc_custom_1484148697986.vc_custom_1484148697986 { float: right !important; }
and i changed the column margin-right to 21px in Column Settings.
2-The right url for map is the embed link you get when going to “Share > Embed map” Copy-paste the url inside the
<iframe>
tag. See screenshot.
I already replaced the right link.3-To copy the exact template of a page to another follow the steps:
a)in the page you will copy, set the editor to classic: screenshot;
b)copy all text and paste it to a new page (in classic editor as well): screenshot1;screenshot2
c)in the new page, reverse to backend editor and then remove all Visual elements you do not need: Screenshot;4-Add a new row. In Row Settings, add a background to it (look the other rows that already have it set). Last add the contact form (use the VC contact element) to this row.
Best regards!

Hello,
What page is it? Please know that all theme pages are controlled by the same files and code. So if the portfolio page i created for you as example works, there is no way for other portfolio pages not to be able to add more elements.
You contact form style is already altered due to the other Contact plugin you have installed. If you disable it, the font will get smaller. To customize it further, add custom css into your custom css box.
Note: Please open up new tickets for other questions. This topic is already too loaded and has lost it’s original purpose. By keeping the forum with one topic per issue, it is easier to browse from other visitors who may encounter your same issues. And get the help they need.
Thank you!
