Sorry for your inconvenience but as i previously said, We have tested this situation on our side and the problem does not happen, neither using the parent theme or using child theme.
I can suggest you to disable all third party plugins. Download the latest theme version and update theme. Save backups of your files in case you have made changes to them.
You may need to perform a database optimization operation as well. A corrupted database table can cause issues with site’s content.
I see the services are already set up in home slider. You only need to add more text. What do you need to change here?
-I set up the menu like the demo and added the same color to services background. But i see that there is an additional code that sets it’s background color to light gray and overwrites the one set from column option. Did you added any custom code to it?
I added this css code:

min-height: 243px;
}
into the page’s custom css box, to make the services in main slider to be the same height.
-What do you mean by “I imported the demo template and stared working on it but it was not possible“? What is not possible? I see the demo data is imported and ready to be edited out. Let us know what can we help you with.
-What carousel are you talking about? Clients, slider or portfolio carousel? Did you uploaded images to them? Can i see a link where is this happening?
-Did you set up the page as a one page? Where did you added the row id’s? Having external links in the one page menu is not the reason for the links not to work. Please send us your wp credentials in a private reply. So we can give it a closer look.
-When viewing the menu administration page, click on Screen Options (top right), and check the box labelled Link Target under the Show advanced menu properties heading.
Now select the appropriate target for your custom link.

Did you made any changes to theme files? Please deactivate all third party plugins first. Then try again. We have tested with situation on our side and the problem is not present either using the parent theme nor using child theme.

Please note that this is not a theme issue. The file responsible for this is a wordpress file, not theme’s. Did you delete/rename your .htaccess file? If the issue persists, then something on your server is writing that rule that stops this file from getting found, right after the .htaccess file is created.
Please deactivate all plugins, rename .htaccess once again and then activate Visual Composer first.
As i said this is a server issue so you better work with your hosting provider to fix it.
Or install a fresh copy of wordpress files.
Did you import the medicine demo template? Or are you trying to build it up from scratch by yourself?

Sorry but this is not a feature available in theme options. You should install some other plugin to build it. We could suggest SumoMe plugin, or find more alternatives here.

Can you please check for me if the site’s title is set in Settings > General? What theme version do you have? If you still have issues with it, send us your site’s link and wp credentials. So we can give a closer look.
