Sorry but these are customizations not included in support service. You could install a plugin that does the job or edit theme files in order to get it.

All the included plugins, including Visual Composer have extended licenses.
The rules of the marketplace doesn’t allow us to give the plugin activation code. You can use the existing version without any problem. We update all theme plugins to their latest versions in every theme release or in case when an urgent update is needed. In order to keep them always fully compatible with the current theme version.
If you want to buy a license by yourself this is allowed, but we thought that this isn’t needed because the version included works perfectly.
You are free to make the choice that best fits your needs.As i mentioned in my last reply, the latest included Visual Composer version is 4.11.2.1. Do you have this or an older version?

Sorry but i didn’t understand. Do you want the custom css code not to be applied? In this case just do not add any custom css code into your custom css box. The code in this box (if formed correctly) has to be applied before the one in style.css file, otherwise it has no point in adding it if the css file will keep making the theme styling.

I opened your site and it did not take too long to open. Also it did open correctly. I suggest you to install a cache plugin for it to be reached more quickly. There may be some reasons for this to happen on your side. Do you have any add-ons installed in your browser? Please deactivate them and try again. Is the site being reached from a cdn? What is the nearest from your location?

Do you have any pages imported? Or posts/ portfolio items? Did the logo upload? Importing demo data you get all page’s, posts, portfolios pre-created and some major configurations but the job is not done yet.
You need to set up the home page you want to use and blog. Assigns these in General Options. Add widgets to footer and top navigation area (if it’s enabled). Import revolution sliders from the included “sliders” folder that came in the main theme folder you downloaded from Themeforest. Also add your own images.

I see the menu is showing up ok in ipad landscape, screenshot. If you are not seeing this, please clear cache and refresh page. You can decrease the space between menu items even further by adding this code into your custom css box:

I see you have a lot of third party plugins installed in your site. Please deactivate them all and try to activate one by one. One of them could be conflicting theme scripts. I see that all elements in your home page can be edited out with Visual Composer, except for the first services. Please recreate page from the start, in a test page and see if it will happen again.

Can you please explain better what do you mean by “add entire template”? There isn’t any specific template for the shop page. The online page and your page have the same elements: the products (you should add more products for it to look like the demo, not just one product), the sidebar with woocommerce widgets (i already added the ones that are in the demo, screenshot) but “filter by price” will show up when you have more than just one price (because you have only one product so far).
So the only thing left to do is populate your shop with products, product tags and categories.
Please keep in mind that populating your site with data is not a support service.I was able to go to basket from the cart icon in header and then proceed to checkout with no issue. What difficulties are you having with them?
