You can change that with a little custom css, like the one suggested above. The code above is tested and it does work. Can you show us how did you use it?
What do you mean by “hover only function”? Do you want the link to be distinctive all the time, not just when on hover?
In this case you should just set the same css styles for both states, on hover and else.

These string are hard-coded. You have to edit them directly in files, or use .PO/.MO files to translate them.

1-You can edit the layout of page header (basic/centered/with or without breadcrumbs) in the page’s General Settings > Page Header Options (screenshot). Make sur eto have the “Active Page Header” set ON and select the option with breadcrumbs.
2-Breadcrumbs are part of page header customization. You can set it up in General Options > Header Options > Default Page Header and this will be applied to every page. or change it for individual page’s in the page’s General Settings > Page Header Options.

Can you please be more specific? The menu will show as long as there is a mouse hovering on it. I tested this on your site, but the menu doe snot disappear as long as i have the mouse on the sub-menu items.

I tried to import the attachments but your site’s execution time exceeds before the process is over. So you have all necessary pages and posts imported. You only need to configure site to be exactly as the demo, or edit it’s content to your wish.
The attachments are only the images used in the demo, which you can easily save from the online demo to your computer and import in your host.
