Sticky nav not working on standard static page

  Problem solved – we used a buggy plug-in which caused some problems

  Unfortunately the problem is not solved…
  The sticky nav is not visible after the page is fully loaded.
  The page only contains standard elements from visual composer.
  
  Any ideas what we are doing wrong?

  i opened and scrolled the page several times but the sticky header did not disappear (screenshot).
  Can you please give more information?
