4-The header is set as transparent, so if the content background is white, so will be the header too. If you set a background image or color at the pages then you won’t have this issue.

With each import you do, page and posts are created and uploaded into your database. To get rid of the duplicates you have to delete them manually. To reset options go to your General Options. In top-right corner you have these three buttons: “Save Changes”, “Reset Section”, “Reset All” (screenshot), click the reset all option.
Some demos have a few pages and they can be loaded very quickly. you have to make some configurations in order for it to have the identical view of the online demo.

This is happening because the width of your menu is exceeding that of header in ipad size. You can avoid this by editing menu items padding/margin in General Options > Header Options > Menu Options.
