I’m having a issue with the codeless slider. It is working fine in chrome, firefox and Microsoft edge, but using Internet Explorer the left and right buttons do not work and the slides do not transition at all. Is there any ideas on how to fix this.
I have a secondary issue. The alignment on one of my blog posts is off, for some reason the class [class*=”span”] is being applied to only 1 post. This is causing a misalignment.

I was able to resolve the second issue of the blog post alignment. The issue was the blog post had a tag with the word “spanish” in it. So when the tag class was generated in the code, the [class*=”span”] was applied to the post since this class applies to all classes with the characters “span” in it.

Hello,
Please can you show us your site credentials in a private reply, so we can give it a closer look?
Have you selected boxed layout at Tower -> Layout?
Best regards!

Hello,
You have added a lot of custom css code, which has messed up the site on IE. You can use boxed layout instead: https://www.clipular.com/c/4685866377674752.png?k=k9BZBv50ACdPV2LB1H3pRq9r5dg

Hello Ruco,
That is not a valid response or troubleshooting solution. The css code has nothing to do with potential javascript or jquery issues in IE. Once again, the issue that I am having in Internet Explorer 11 only, is that the CODELESS SLIDER is not working. Clicking the next or previous arrows does nothing. I have removed all custom css on the page level as well as the global level. I also changed the layout to boxed, which is not what I want and the issue is still happening. Can you please try a little better to troubleshoot the problem and give me a better response than too much custom css.

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply.
We have notified the developer team and will be making the necessary tests for this. We will include a fix (if necessary) in the next theme update. In the mean time please use one of the other available sliders.
Thank you for your patience.Best regards!
