In the page’s General Settings > Page Header Options, set up a background color along with the background image. This color will be the overlay color that makes the title stand out more. See screenshot of the options: https://ibb.co/0FYpsFD

1-I already edited the code to make the testimonials autoplay, in you other ticket.
If you are not seeing this, clear cache and refresh page.
2-This is not part of theme style so you can’t get it using theme options. I suggest you add custom css to get the look. Sorry but personal styling is not included in support.
