One of our page headers has a transparent background on top of it making the words more readable, example of “Get our Book” page here (https://lifetimecapitalgroup.0430446.netsolhost.com/get-our-book/) and some of the other ones doesn’t have that transparent color over it, example of “About Us” page here (https://lifetimecapitalgroup.0430446.netsolhost.com/about-us/)

I remember I edited it to create that effect like on the “Get our Book” page, but when I went to the back end and turned on the transparency for the “About Us” page it did not work. How do I get the same effect similar to the “Get our Book” page for the header/title image?
