I opened the page in IE 11 and this is how i get the staff elements: screenshot1, screenshot2. They look just like the chrome version. Is it not what you get? Please clear browser cache and remove any add-ons you have installed. Try again and let us know.
I will notify the developer team regarding these requests, but i can not guarantee that they will be included in the next theme update.

Please go to Design > Widgets to add/remove/edit widgets. The widgets for blog are added in “sidebar blog”(screenshot) to remove them just drag out the box, the undesired widget.
I already removed search from blog sidebar, for you. let us know if you have other questions.
Please go to your Envato account and download theme package once again, like you did the first time. This is the latest version. Then proceed with the steps described in theme documentation.
Please make sure that you have set it up to be shown in mobile. Go to the page’s General Settings > Sliders Options > Remove Sliders from Mobile Phone View, this should be OFF.

To display the maintenance page please go to General Options > Select Coming Soon Page and select the page you want to show. To remove the menu from it, add this code into the page’s custom css box:

Please make sure to check on these settings:
-To have the required access on themes files,
-You have enough execution time limit. Change it on your server if not long enough to let all dummy data import.
-Check to have have enough memory limit. You can increase it yourself by adding this line into your wp-config.php file : define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '94M');
Or ask your hosting provider to do it for you.
