I opened the page in IE 11 and this is how i get the staff elements: screenshot1, screenshot2. They look just like the chrome version. Is it not what you get? Please clear browser cache and remove any add-ons you have installed. Try again and let us know.
I seems more like a problem in the computer’s side than the server. I get no issue whatsoever at the client’s production server too: screenshot1 / screenshot2.
