Hello,
Importing the demo data, means you will have already created in your server, the pages/ posts /portfolio items/menus, that are present in the demo you choosed. This you have it all already in your site. But to make it identical to the online demo, there are some basic configurations that you should make by yourself.
Like choosing the slider to add in homepage(or pages), set up header version (light or dark) and add widgets to footer in Appearance > Widgets.
I already edited menu and home slider. Read theme documentation to understand better all of it’s features and opportunities.

There isn’t any issue in your site. You only need to configure header, menu and logo first. Go to General Options > Header Options > Menu Options > Menu Item Typography to change menu items font color. Or go to page’s General settings > Slider Options to choose a slider. Go to page’s General settings > Page Options & Style > Header Color Style for Header 1, and select the light header style.
Lastly go to Appearance > Widgets, to set up footer widgets.

You are probably installing it wrong. Please read a more detailed info on how to properly install theme, in theme’s documentation. If you still have issues, send us your wp and ftp credentials in a private reply. So we can give it a closer look.

Did you try out the suggestions in these two topics? What type of header have you chosen? There are types that by default, do not have the logo on display for sticky header. Please send us your site’s url, so we can get a closer view of your problem.

Sorry for the late reply.
The horizontal scrolling was due to the side menu. Since it is a normal vertical menu now, the horizontal scrolling is gone (i opened your site and didn’t get it).
We will double check it too and make the necessary edits in the next theme update.Best regards!

You have tried multiple times to import dummy data and now you have repeated pages/posts/menu items. Please delete all duplicates.
Disable the third party plugins you have installed already as one of them is conflicting with theme style. Enable one at a time to find the culprit.

-The licence key you got when purchasing the theme in first place, is used only for registration in this support forum. It is not used to update any of the included plugins.
-To update plugins, you have to update theme first. In every theme release we update all plugins as well. To their latest version. To learn more on how to update plugins, read here. Follow the same procedure for every plugin.
If you must update any of these plugins, before their release with the next theme update, then you will have to buy them yourself.
