What version of theme and Visual Composer do you have? Please make sure to update both the theme and Visual Composer to their latest versions first, and then recreate the accordion element.

Please let me know if they need updates, I actually just bought the theme less than two weeks ago. </span>
Sorry but is not possible to test anything with this much access rights. I will need admin rights so i can check what is not correct.

Thank you for your help. Please be careful next time cause you have removed the homepage, the logo, and a section in the about us page, and I was notified by the customer.
1.why did you reset the whole theme options?
2.the older version of visual composer still doesn’t work. Please provide me with a solution now, this is getting ridiculous
and the footer got messed up, please help me immediately clean up your mess. Look at any of the “about us” page, services, or customers. You will find that the footer is in the middle of the page
I did not perform any of the actions you are mentioning!
That for three major reasons:
1-they would not help at all testing the accordion element,
2-we are not allowed to make any changes to customers site’s whatsoever,
3-the access rights you set up for the user you send us, also did not allow at all, to do the actions above.
I suggest you to check it up more carefully. I have no interest whatsoever(or time) to mess with your site. You could reverse back the site to a date you know it was ok. Or import a backup if you have made any.

I am very sorry for you to even think this. I already explained you in replies above that the access rights given where not enough even to test the issue, let alone do anything else. But what is more important: I have not any interest at all messing with customer site. We get administrator access to most of our customers pages and this have never happened! Nor will ever happen!
I suggest you to investigate other ways, how your site may have been attacked.
