Thank you for choosing our theme!
The included plugins do not need further payment or buy any extra licence. You only need to install it using the give instruction on your dashboard and that’s it! In every theme update, we update plugins to their latest version as well. Also make sure for them to be fully compatible with the theme.
-To have the default look, import the default demo in your Specular > Import/Export (Dummy data)(screenshot).
-To make a 4-column row, go to page’s options -> add new row -> set it up as 4 column row (screenshot and an example in documentation).

Your site does not save changes. This is more likely to be a server issue.
You could have some corrupted files or some table in the database needs optimization. Possible solution are:
-Download a fresh copy of wordpress files and replace them (look up tutorials to make it the proper way).
-Redux framework requires PHP version > 5.5. Make sure you have the right PHP Version installed on your server. Ask your host providers about it.
– Go to your wordpress installation and make a database repair operation. Find all (and more) information here.
Note: Always make sure to have a backup of everythig!

The code i gave you does the job, but you need to make another edit (i can’t access the file so i can’t do it for you). Go to file css/bootstrap-responsive.css and find this line:
#logo{float:right;left:0 !important; right:0 !important; -webkit-transform: none !important;
replace with this:
#logo{float:right;left:0; right:0 !important; -webkit-transform: none !important;

Please refer to this topic, regarding Codeless slider loop.
Revolution slider and Layer slider are different sliders, created by a third party to provide even more layouts and options for a slider. I suggest you to follow their documentation in order to make the most of them. If you want to make them similar to codeless slider, then you can do that by editing the css.
