Hi
I have used the Tower to create update an existing WordPress site, all pages work well apart from the blog page. Whenever I visit the blog page from the menu it gives a blank white page:
https://dev.simplywebsitesupport.co.uk/sites/ecr/blog/
The rest of the site is fine:
https://dev.simplywebsitesupport.co.uk/sites/ecr
I have checked on our server for any log entries but none are showing up? I have also tried various blog styles, Normal, Masonry, Creative etc but none seem to have an effect on the main blog page.
If I go to one of the blog posts directly they are there, any ideas why the blog (posts page) is blank?
Thanks
Richard

Hello,
Please update theme to version 1.3.4. If the issue persists, send us your wp credentials in a private reply. So we can give it a closer look.

Hello,
Your site does not save changes. This is more likely to be a server issue.
You could have some corrupted files or some table in the database needs optimization. Possible solution are:
-Download a fresh copy of wordpress files and replace them (look up tutorials to make it the proper way).
-Redux framework requires PHP version > 5.5. Make sure you have the right PHP Version installed on your server. Ask your host providers about it.
– Go to your wordpress installation and make a database repair operation. Find all (and more) information here.
Note: Always make sure to have a backup of everythig!
Let us know.Best regards!

Hi
I have made sure the server is running PHP 5.5, have updated the WordPress core files and run a phpmyadmin optimise and repair options but still the blog page is blank?
You mention the site does not save changes, yet if I adjust a blog post and save it it works?
I also have thew Tower theme running on another website on the same server and the blog feature works so I can’t understand why its not working on this one?
Any other ideas?
Thanks

Hello,
You can enable wp debug mode and see what is the error causing this. Or look at the log file in your server. If you send us your ftp credentials in a private reply, we could give it a look.
Let us know.Best regards!

Hello,
I fixed it by replacing the themes files (also updated the theme).
I fixed also the warning which displayed at the top of the site about the header information issue.Best regards!

Thank you Ruco, strange as I had already updated to 1.3.4 but that made no difference, perhaps an FTP upload issue during updating.
Thanks again for fixing it though.
