Sorry for the late reply.
For the posts there are two default page header layouts. First, is the normal with breadcrumbs (example) and the second is with featured image (example). You can have a different page header for every post. Just select it at the post’s General Settings > Page Header Options.
In the example post that you have send, you have chosen the simple page header with breadcrumbs and have added background image to it.
I accessed your site with credentials you provided in other topics, and i see that you have set the page header font color to transparent (screenshot), this is why you do not see the titles.

Sorry but that is not possible in Grid element. You can have the like and share in blog posts (Blog Config > Active Post Like / Social Shares on Posts) and only the like in portfolio items (Portfolio Config > Active Portfolio Item Like).

Please go to Header Options > Sticky Nav > Sticky Header, set it ON.

You can have columns centered if you chose in the Row Settings > Type -> In Container. If that is not enough, you can use css to edit the paddings.

Please go to your style.css file and find this line:

.construct_div h1{
  line-height:36px;
  font-size:32px !important;
  color:#fff;
}

remove the !important and save. Let us know.

Please make sure to have selected the dark header version in both page’s General Options > Page Options & Style > Header Color Style for Header 1, select Dark header. And also in Codeless slide option > Layout > Menu & Slider Navigation Color, set the dark header.
