Please make sure you have all necessary access rights on images, from your host. This does not happen on our end so i can’t reproduce it. Please create a user for us, with admin rights and send the credentials in a private reply. So we can look this further.
To update theme, you need to overwrite all theme files and folders with the new one. If you have made changes to theme files, it is recommended to always keep a back up of them. The content and settings will not be affected as they are stored in the database. Please read in our documentation for more detailed information.

From what i see in your site, the page titles do not roll in. You probably needed to clear cache in order to see the changes.

The ‘keep in touch’ and ‘Recent Posts’ are widgets in footer. To edit them, go to Appearance > Widgets and find the footer columns. Edit the widgets found there.

I can not test this. The site whenever in mobile, redirects to another url. Please check it again in mobile. Make sure you have removed any possible redirect so we can check it again.

Please use any plugins to achieve that. All theme files have a purpose and can not be excluded. We can suggest you to make a local copy of your site and try out several minifying plugins.
Deleting all unnecessary pages/posts/plugins will speed up your site too.
