Edit Services Circle Icon

  Hi,
  
  I am having a hard time understanding how to edit the services icons. When I hover over the icon, it covers part of the green edit bar. (Once I create the icon, I can no longer see the pencil icon and have to delete it and start over again). What am I doing wrong?

  Does this happen in the front-end or back-end? What version of the theme and visual composer do you have? Please send us your wp credentials in a private reply so we can give it a closer look.

  It happens with the visual composer on the front end. I just looked, and I do not have any updates. My website is aishgreaterwashington.com.
  
  The problem, however, that is more of an issue is that the header images keep disappearing. The page header background image keeps disappearing every time I make an edit to the page (Page titled “the sunday experience”). I upload the image, make some small edits, and when I go to the url, the image is gone again. I tried to use a slider, but the same thing keeps happening!
  
  I did not realize there were going to be so many glitches when I purchased this theme. What can I do?!

  Hello,
  
  Please make sure you have all necessary access rights on images, from your host. This does not happen on our end so i can’t reproduce it. Please create a user for us, with admin rights and send the credentials in a private reply. So we can look this further.

  I added it.
  You had not set the ‘Active Page Header’ on. I changed that and uploaded the image. Now it shows. Please check “The Sunday Experience” Page.

  No it is not fixed! Visit the live site aishgreaterwashington.com (without logging in) and you will see there is no header on that page.
  
  It shows on the visual composer, but not on the live site! If you can’t help me, please give me a refund!!

  I just accessed the same page, and the ‘Activate Page Header’ in Page Header Options, is again set to OFF. I changed it again and uploaded one of your images. It does show, screenshot, even if you are not logged in.
  
  There is no issue, but if you really want to give up this theme, then please contact Envato for the refund.

  Can you explain to me why it keeps going to “off”? I did not change anything since you switched it to “on” the last time? It seems that it automatically goes to “off”.
