1-This is not an issue of the Visual Composer, but your mixed content. You have active the https but there are many images/files being loaded over http and this gives issues. Just make sure to have all content being loaded over https. Use the .htaccess file to do this.

2-Logo changing: you have different logos(screenshot) for the light header version (default) and responsive version. That’s why the logo too changes according to the change of header type.
I checked the responsive version of site and the logo is displaying ok.

Please keep in mid to use only one builder in a page. Meaning: You can not use shortcodes of Visual Composer and Codeless Builder both in the same page. Use a builder at a time.

Every customers site is different. They are hosted in different servers, or have installed many third party plugins. So every case is a distinct one. We can solve your issue by only looking at your site, but often we need some private credentials like the Worpress login data or the ftp access, to investigate the issues further.

We need the access to the site in order to check the issue. June theme has been tested not only from us, but the Envato team before launch and it does not have any problem. Our customers have installed their site in different servers and only some of them have this issue. That’s why we need the access to understand what is wrong or what is being done wrong.

I asked not only for the wordpress credentials but the ftp too. Please send them whenever you are ready so we can proceed with the debug and help you out.

Shop page assigned in woocommerce options, works like the posts page. Once you assign that template to the page (either set it up as blog page or set it up as shop page) then it will display the elements of that template(blog/shop).
That’s why you can no longer add elements to blog page or shop page.

The content you are referring to is of a page and added as bottom content in the shop template. You can find it in Customize > Shop > Shop Page Archive > Shop Bottom Content. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/8YPP93Z
Either remove it here, or go to the specific page (Shop Bottom Content) and edit the content there.

I installed theme successfully. I deactivated all plugins first. Then i updated the included plugins and installed them. Site is up and running well.

You may continue activating the third party plugins. Be vigilant to check if after activating one of them, the error comes back. If it does, just rename the plugin’s folder in wp-content/plugins folder.
