I’m getting a constant 500 error code that happens periodically as you browse the site. Is this something that’s happening with the theme update? Please advise.
-
Hello,
What version do you have? It’s strongly advised to have always the latest version, however the 500 error is an internal server error. You should consult your host regarding it.Regards!

Using version 1.6.3. Is this the latest version?
I’ll follow up with my hosting company as well.

Updated to the recent version of the theme. Now I’m completing shut out of the site with an HTTP ERROR 500. Please advise as I cannot access my website and it has completely shut down!

I had to replace the wp-admin and wp-includes with a recent WordPress.org file, in order to access my website. I than uploaded the recent version of the June theme and once again was locked out of the website with an HTTP 500 Error. The recent version of the June theme appears to be corrupted and only the previous versions work. This is discerning as the previous version of the June theme is no longer compatible with other plugins due to a Jquery conflict and the recent version of WordPress. At this point, I need a recent version of the June theme but not the one on Envato as this keeps shutting down my website.

Not sure how the WP credentials will help if we can’t put the recent June theme on our site. And it would be great to get a clearer response about this issue and how this will be addressed other than a request of credentials. I’ll have to create a separate mirror site as I do not want the current site to be worked on while its live and getting traffic.

Hello,
Every customers site is different. They are hosted in different servers, or have installed many third party plugins. So every case is a distinct one. We can solve your issue by only looking at your site, but often we need some private credentials like the Worpress login data or the ftp access, to investigate the issues further.
We need the access to the site in order to check the issue. June theme has been tested not only from us, but the Envato team before launch and it does not have any problem. Our customers have installed their site in different servers and only some of them have this issue. That’s why we need the access to understand what is wrong or what is being done wrong.
I asked not only for the wordpress credentials but the ftp too. Please send them whenever you are ready so we can proceed with the debug and help you out.
Best regards!
