The change in protocol does not affect the plugin if all urls are converted correctly. I suggest you use this plugin Velvet Blues Update Urls to properly convert them all.

Sorry for the confusion.
There was a change in the latest updates. The theme general settings has been separated from page settings. In Appearance > Customize, you set up general site’s options. While to add more elements to a page just open the customizer from the Pages menu. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/tQ4Hr3z

Folie has included the .PO files, which you can use to translate site. Also it’s compatible with WPML.

The WP Bakery builder is an additional composer for you to use if you feel more comfortable (have used it before and are more familiar) with it. But the main builder of Folie theme is Codeless Builder. If you have already imported the dummy data, it has been installed and activated already. To see a live demonstration of how it looks like and how to use it, please check these video tutorials:

-Wp Bakery is an included plugin. We have purchased extended license for it. It means you can install it and activate it in the Plugins menu. Then use the included version free of any additional charge. Just can not activate it directly in the plugin’s options. And can not update it on your own term, but have to wait for us to include the next version in the next theme update.
