i cannot type my state/county on the billing but i can on the shipping pls can you fix the billing state/county in a way customer can type any state/county

i customize it to reponsive layout in general setting, i am fine with it but the page content on screen suppose to be sticky but mine moves if you use ur finger to move left or right.

on computer its perfect.

okay i will leave it the way it is now, my next issue is…My website move or zoom on mobile which it should not, on computer its perfect but on mobile its not so i want you to provide me a code to fun auto response on any mobile screen size. you can open and see, http://www.themperfumes.com

okay i have found it but i get error message when i remove <span><?php esc_html_e( 'Signup & get Free Promo codes of upto $50', 'june' ); ?></span> and try to update the file..this is the error message.
Something went wrong. Your change may not have been saved. Please try again. There is also a chance that you may need to manually fix and upload the file over FTP.
