its not possible for clients to place order at checkout, with the followig errors.
my country is specific at Ghana at billing section and state county dont allow clients to type,
if you look at the billing and shipping side u will see that clients cannot type anything at state county cus its says not found , but on the shipping side you can type what ever u want at state county.
Please know that this situation is not present on our side. You have errors in your site and i suspect this is the cause of your issue. Please deactivate all third party plugins you have and try again.

no error on my site..even i try to place order from your theme and i select Ghana as country its same error …other theme from themeforest dont do this i have tried many altenative to my best knowledge but i have confirm its from your end..
