Your comments are not helpful! Look back at how many times I have had to chase you and you have apologised each time. This is a commercial site that can’t wait weeks for support.

Have you actually read the full thread? What particular issue is with the developer? We have the following issue contained in this thread.

1. Stock displaying incorrectly for variable products – doesn’t work on fresh install. Reported over 3 weeks ago?

2. Credit Card Fields displaying out-with container box – same on fresh install. Reported over 3 weeks ago?

3. Display variable pricing as “From : £lowest price” – same on fresh install. Requested over 3 weeks ago?

4. Issues with shopping cart reported over 3 weeks ago.

Are all of these with your developer?

Hello Medrit

We resolved the issue last night by resetting woocommerce. It was serving up a static page to all users rather than showing the woocommerce my-account page.

We have tested this with all plugins disabled except WooCommerce and Codeless Builder. Same result.

If you click on any of the My Account Options it states the following:

<span style=”caret-color: #444444; color: #444444; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, ‘Segoe UI’, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, ‘Helvetica Neue’, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; text-size-adjust: auto;”>Unauthorised. You may remove the customize_messenger_channel param to preview as front end.</span>

What customisation Mihaila? THE SHOPPING CART ISN”T WORKING? This is now URGENT as we launch tomorrow at midday. The Cart was working fine previously. I have a real challenge if this is not supported?

The new shopping cart issue is a real problem as the site is due to go live on Monday.

Hello

Did you do anything with this Mihaila?

We now have another issue. When you checkout of the cart it returns the customer to the cart and does not clear the cart?

This site is due to launch this week and this is now becoming urgent. Why can’t you just address all the issues please?

Still need answers on the following:

1. Stock displaying incorrectly for variable products

I have done this and I can still add variable products without a variable chosen to basket and then checkout?

We have tried this but it is still possible to add the variable product without choosing a variable and click on the basket and proceed to checkout?

Can I also have an update on making the price range from : £value. Need this urgently please.

This link shows 3 variable products in the basket at checkout. None have any variables chosen and there have been no alerts.
