It looks as though the site is up and running as it should. Our hosting tech support was able to get it back to normal. Thanks so much for you help!
I have updated the access rights. The theme itself is the issue. I switched to a basic theme in my staging side, and the issue has gone away.
In looking at the code, it seems something is overriding the style of the ul class “shop-entries products columns-4 shop-products name- grid-entries animated-entries”
Also, please look at the WooCommerce sidebar provided. It does not format to a responsive look. Thanks!
