Shop page layout issues

  Hello! I have had some issues with the layout on my page. Something happened and the products are only displayed in 1 column despite setting it numerous times to 3 or 4 or 5. Please help!

  In looking at the code, it seems something is overriding the style of the ul class “shop-entries products columns-4 shop-products name- grid-entries animated-entries”

  I have updated the access rights. The theme itself is the issue. I switched to a basic theme in my staging side, and the issue has gone away.

  Is this not what you wanted?
  Please deactivate all third party plugins and upload a fresh copy of theme files. I suspect one of them could have affected theme scripts. So we need to eliminate every possibilities of any file being corrupted.
