Received your reply, “I will review all together and back to you”.
To keep you fully updated, after I forwarded the last report to you that GoDaddy was able to resolve the issue as per their description, I noticed that the text transitions were only sometimes working.
I responded already that was happy to see site up and running… mostly.
I cleared cache and tested on iMacPro desktop i n Safari, Chrome and Firefox, also on iPad and iPhone (in Safari)
The issue is inconsistent although there are some similarities.
The basic issue is the some of the text sliders on the left hand side of the display do not display:
Testing results:
DESKTOP
SAFARI: Text sliders missing #1, #3, #5 and #7 (only intro: “I’m Randy Burman…”, #2, #4 and #6 appear)
CHROME: Text sliders missing #1, #3, #4, #5 and #7(only intro: “I’m Randy Burman…”, #2, and #6 appear)
FIREFOX: Text sliders missing #1, #3, #4, #5 and #7 (only intro: “I’m Randy Burman…”, #2 and #6 appear)IPAD
SAFARI: ALL transitions okay!IPHONE
SAFARI: ALL transitions okay!I reported this inconsistent display of the transitions to GoDaddy who responded:
“….checked your WordPress website ikoncom.com and was able to duplicate the issue.
This issue occurs due to text requiring a bit more time to be loaded on slides.
In order to solve this, I would kindly recommend installing a caching plugin.”I wrote to GoDaddy to tell them I approved, and they are now going to do that.
If adding the cache fixes the issue on all browsers, and doesn’t create any new issues, we will have successfully fixed all issues.
