No it is not what we see on our side, the image of the book is not showing up. Also, the button on the homepage is not showing up for the quiz slider and the book button. Why is that? We checked around 5 different computers, owned by different people, it is working on 1 of the computers but not on the other 4 computer. Also, we tried it in different browsers in the other computer where it was not working using Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. Please advise why it is working in other computers and browsers and why does it look different for each person’s computer? We do not know what else to do on why it is not working on other computers.
We are still having the same issue where the image is not showing up on multiple different computers. I went to the owner of the business and told them that support told me it’s a browser issue. So they went ahead and checked multiple browsers and it’s still not showing up on a few of the computers or laptops. The owner said he briefly contacted a tech guy and the tech guy couldn’t see the image on his side either and he said it was a broken image link. The owner told me the findings he learned from the tech guy so I went ahead and re uploaded the image and changed it and updated it on the website. I also cleared the cache on the website. Then after a few days the owner contacted me again and said the image is still not showing up on the website. This time instead of a “?” mark it actually says “hsbfceowurfhbnewomdei” of some kind of gibberish word not sure where it came from since that’s not the same of the image. I have a screenshot, let me know where I can send it. Please advise on how we can fix this issue. I understand you keep saying it’s a browser problem, but it is not. I see the image on my computer but the owner of the website checked it with multiple different computer of his employees and they still do not see it, even my boss could not see the image on his computer. Hoping to hear a more detailed answer for you on how we should proceed.
The screenshot that you sent is a white box with a tiny blue question mark at the center, not sure what you are trying to show me there. But, are you saying that clearing the browser history might help?
Followed the first option you gave which is WPBakery Page Builder> Role Manager > Post types, select “Custom“. There was a quiz feature so I clicked quiz. I went to the backend and it says the page is empty, so how do I remove that blank space/header because the “general settings” is still not showing up even though it has a WP page builder.

I guess I was not clear enough. I know how to turn off and on the page header. The page header is turned off right now, but it is still showing up on the homepage. The page header has been off this whole entire time, I just wanted the slider to be smaller. When I made the slider smaller the page header started showing up even though it is turned off at the back end. Also, I turned it on and off and updated it, refreshed it and cleared the cache but the page header is still showing up. Why is it like that and how do I turn it off.
Thank you for clarifying. I did that. Now it’s all of a suddenshowing an extra header at the homepage that says “home”. How do I make that disappear. I just wanted the slider to be smaller but it seems like making it smaller made and extra header show up.
I went to the edit page at the bottom at slider options and there are only 2 options “fullwidth” and “boxed”, I tried boxed, saved it and updated it, but it still shows the full width or full screen. There are only 2 options and both options looks the same and takes up the whole page. How do I make the slider smaller or not full screen?
