We have not finished building our website yet because we have just been so busy. We recently got an email saying that support will end on June 14 and we can extend it for $29.38. We clicked the button to the “extend support” but it lead to the theme page where we buy the theme. I looked through the account and I can’t find where I can purchase to extend the support. How do I extend the support?
You can extend just the support in theme’s prifile in themeforest. Just login wiht the account that you have bought it. Go to the extend support option and follow the steps. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/Bz3wgr9
I already tried that but it’s making me buy the whole theme package again. We already bought the theme, we just want to extend the support, as the email reminder that was said to us, but it won’t let us select just the extended support.

Nope I am not getting that view and how do I contact Envato, the email that was sent said “no-reply” email, I still tried replying and it says it didn’t go through.
