I am running a Mac. I have tried on both our imac and a macbook pro and same results on both.
Also, could you help me with my other question about the Woocommerce images and grid layout not working? I have raised another support question for this. The images are odd sizes and mean the layout is not staying in a grid format which looks rubbish. Please help.

I have already tried a hard refresh, clearing cache and cookies and trying a different web browser (Safari and Google Chrome) and I get the same issue in both.
Unfortunately it isn’t right yet, whilst that icon shows… I am unable to change them.
I want a phone icon for the tel numbers and a ‘pin’ for the address, but I am unable to select them in the WP Bakery editor… As all the icons are blank…
Can you login with my credentials as see the Contact page and try and change the icons?
