I have not made or tried to make any changes to the site since I provided you with the login details earlier. I keep the plugins up-to-date but the theme is not automatically updated as it breaks the site (unless it is manually updated by you and your team).
Thank you for getting back to me. As you will see from this thread I have been waiting 1 year and 10 months for this theme to be compatible with the latest versions of WordPress. Can you provide (another) temporary fix to help me? For example, I would like to add a new post/blog to my website but I get the ‘there is a critical error on your website’ message. I get the same message if I want to update any of the pages on the website.
What do I need to do to get my website compatible with wordpress?
Please can the theme on my website be updated to the latest version? My theme needs updating manually due to incompatibility issues (see above thread).
