Ok, the issues that I mentioned above are still not working.

Most importantly, I’m not able to save templates (Columns or Row Elements).

I have WPBakery and their add-on Templetera which worked for a short period of time.
I have support with WPBakery and every time they say it’s an issue with my theme.
How do we test and address?

I don’t believe that the developer that made changes did it on the parent theme, but will figure this out.

I will try the Export & Import.

After doing the update, should I still have the Specular menu in WordPress where I can choose my font and element settings?

I had that option in addition to appearance prior to the update, but don’t have it after the update.

Seriously, no response? I support on Friday and I’m no better for it on Tuesday?
Where are these plugins you speak about?

No recommendations on what to do?
