You can use below CSS to make your logo and menu look centered. If you can’t just provide me your admin logins and I will do so for you.
.header_wrapper:not(.header_8) nav.right .menu>li:last-child{ padding-right: 15px;}

Kindly just make sure you set proper settings for both those pages. Like if you want to show full content or certain text. Its not bug but only settings of your choice.
