My friend kindly note I have tried with both http and https but your website is not working. Kindly, make sure your website is working, as for as your URL paste issue, you can simply paste it like a simple text or just type it. But make sure you put things correctly so its working.

Otherwise, its taking more time in your query that it should not have taken if we got working URLs by now.

My friend just make sure there is no console error ? Also the time to run your scripts along with upload files limit should be increased. We usually get such issues only related to your server settings. Kindly clarify if there is any error in your console ?

My friend its reliable theme and the users are more than enough to trust it. Though make sure nothing changed on server side as its not that we have changed every thing. Updates only take the issues as resolved but not removing old stuff.

Can you please provide if any error in console screen ? Or any warning for you ? If not then make sure you reach your host to increase your script time out limits as well along with file sizes and try again.

Well we have checked that it looks like slider is not imported. We will be providing you sliders to import or simply find sliders from your download package to import.
