hello, i’m having the same problem. I bought the Codeless – Regn theme and I’m trying to install it on my wordpress and whenever I try to import the template it stops before I finish.
I have already increased PHP values and limits far beyond what is recommended.
Can you please provide if any error in console screen ? Or any warning for you ? If not then make sure you reach your host to increase your script time out limits as well along with file sizes and try again.
Hi, I’ve already done these recommended steps, I’ve already increased all PHP limits and it still didn’t work. In addition, I already made contact with the contract server and asked for support for them and still we were unable to make it work.
The process stops at 96% in the “import widgets” stage.
My friend just make sure there is no console error ? Also the time to run your scripts along with upload files limit should be increased. We usually get such issues only related to your server settings. Kindly clarify if there is any error in your console ?
