We are asking million times to keep single ticket open to get things done. You did not change that and that’s why it is taking time and if your more than one ticket will open that will be delayed because we have a lot of tickets of manage and every user deserves proper response.
So, we will take action accordingly to remove this but we don’t go this way. For your issues as we committed once your one ticket is open we will fix issues so as one ticket is there we are doing our part.

As mentioned before only 1 ticket will be kept open at a time so make sure you keep one ticket open. Also I did a lot of beyond support stuff for you so we can take action against your review but we will not do so to remove your review.

What you mean by before/after addon ? Are not you seeing any slider templates ? Kindly let me know what is the issue now ? Have you tried by importing those sliders ?
Kindly note slider revolution is already activated on your website and you can import your desired template now and it will work. If you are having any issue let us know clearly and don’t think any thing is spam there. We are elite author and don’t spam at all.
