1: Kindly check if you provided required data properly. As I can see there is a warning or you can hide warnings from your website and layout will be fine. Further I will be checking in code why that warning is actually arriving there.
2: Just edit your post and see if you have pasted an audio file in the post you referring, as audio will be played post.

Well, we don’t make changes to user website that’s why we only provide information. But now I have created a post for you https://futureofprocesses.com/episode/test/ and uploaded an audio file and it is playing just fine.
For the issue on your end our team is checking in to it and they will be reaching you soon on this.
More importantly, why is this issue not yet fixed? Please fix it.
2. In your theme, you give a sample page for embedding Buzzsprout podcasts. There is NOTHING on that page that mentions anything about uploading an audio file or where this needs to be done.
It is not clear HOW you upload an audio file to a page AND have the embedded page from the podcast player?
Well, I have clearly mentioned that I habe created post for you. And the thing is we only guide or assist but don’t do anything on site. If user asks or thinks we are not supporting them we add changes on site thats what i did.

I went through your post. It does not explain how you are meant to have an embedded podcast from Buzzsprout along with the embedded audio file and how they are related.
So NEITHER of the issues I have raised and explained is clear.

Okay and what about my first issue (now mentioned twice) of your name appearing all over my podcasts (even though you claim that you don’t update customer pages!)?
First of all just let me tell you that we make changes just on such cases where user asks or thinks we are not working. Also I habe clearly mebtioned above that we usually only provide details and not make changes but making now, have not I mentioned this above ?
So, if I do edit posts surely things will change and thats what I meant above.
Secondly, this issue is not resolved yet, once it is done from our end everything will be reverted. Or if you want me to remove those things then surely I will provide you details but will not be doing any thing on website.
This is done and here is the response from our team:
“If you visit this page https://futureofprocesses.com/episodes and try to play player of third post it will be working fine. Just ask client to edit that post and see what we have changed in the player script.”
So, kindly compare your 3rd post with other posts and see what is changed in the post player so you can make change accordingly.
This non-specificity seems to be an issue all around at codeless. What does he/she mean by the ‘third post’? What change exactly has he/she made in the script?
This is SO INCREDIBLY frustrating. You guys just seem totally unable to empathise with the customer. I am NOT a developer and at no point in my purchase of this theme was it required that I would need to investigate and change scripts to make your theme work.
I also note that your name is still all over my posts.
I would appreciate SCREENSHOTS and CLEAR DETAILED ANSWERS to my questions.
Well, that is the issue actually. If we do make a change to test then you come with a complaint that we changed stuff on your website. If we just guide you then you say you are not a developer.
In support at times we have to make changes and once all is done we do revert our things back.
For the script, it does not mean you have to play with code. It does mean that player code which you have pasted in the post and you want that to play. Just a few changes needed in your pasted code and thats it. For more details you can edit above mentioned post and your other post and compare URLs of your players to see what is actually got changed.
I hope it is clear now ? If you still can’t understand just let me know and I would try to paste some screenshots for you.
Once I edit your posts names will change … so just forget about my names until your issues are not done.
Once done I will make those names go away. Because once we edit a post from the logins you provided to me, that post upon update saves as my post. Because after all I am admin as well.

Either you DO make changes, in which case go ahead and do whatever you need to fix your broken theme. Or you don’t, in which case why are you changing my site.
But don’t come back and tell me you don’t make changes when you blatantly do.
My website is not live/public yet so I really don’t care what changes you make as long as you revert it within a reasonable time. I just want a solution without having to send ANOTHER message explaining that you aren’t being clear.
So please fix the theme that I have paid for (and now followed up multiple times for over a week) please and, once you are done, please revert the changes.

For the screenshots you can download from here https://we.tl/t-dWysFVEV2W once you extract it contains 2 screenshots one named as before and other named as after. You have to simply bring your script tag to the next of your closing div and that’s it.
Kindly try to use audio file and then check style will be same like you see in ours. The difference is for the player type. For a normal audio file hosted on the same server that is the style but if an audio file is embedded from a specific player it has style accordingly.
Well, screenshot is not required at all when things are clear. Secondly, the audio you are playing is from an embedded buzzsprout podcast and so it will play in buzzsprout player. In short, buzzsprout player is being displayed in your case.
