My friend kindly note no matter which menu you use it will be same [except different for logged in if you added] now next step is to show it as per your needs. You can find menu related settings under you Specular > Header settings. Note, if you can’t find built in stuff like your requirements then you may have to achieve this with customisation.
Kindly note never put your credentials without setting private reply option. As your visible credentials can hurt you a lot. I hope you understand and by now I have removed your credentials so you will put those again as a private reply by changing old ones first. As those may be exposed to some one here.
Actually WordPress 5.5 added some new core features which is causing conflicts with some plugins. And we are in the process to locate those plugins and once done we will simply remove those and there will not be any such issue then.
Kindly first clarify if you are using latest theme version. If not, then simply update your theme first to latest version. Also make sure you follow proper documentation to avoid any loss of data during your update.
