Have you tried our this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/slider-templates/ once activated it provides a huge number of templates and see if your mentioned slider is there.
If only images missing you can upload images at your own too.

Kindly note we can’t provide you with PSD files. As we don’t have any image rights to provide those things. Any image you needed you can simply download from our demos. Just open that image in new window and save in your computer.
